    The good thingsHad given the opportunity to learn something out of job field as customer service. At the same time had experience to learn about housekeeping. Also, had given the trust to do job field like Duty Manager task for covering Duty Manager if they are not around.
    The challengesHave to overcome pressure when facing with an fussy guests. Also, a lot of pressure with higher officer but still can control. However, this company make me had a lot experienced.
