Terrible you should think twice before joining
The good thingsThere are some pros to be shared and reviewed on overall working environment. 1) The opportunity to learn more through self learning. 2) The INTRANET system is good and user friendly whereby you can view your leaves balance and apply online. 3) The annual leaves on professional categories is good
The challengesThe building is old with water issues. Departments operate independently, causing inefficiencies. Decision-making is influenced by emo. Uneven workload distribution, low salary increments, high turnover, and leadership gaps affect morale. Micromanagement and structural inefficiencies hinder workflow

    Company Banyak Syok
The good thingsA Supportive and Growth-Oriented Workplace As a current employee at Minconsult working as a BIM Modeler, I can confidently say that this is a great place to work. When I considered leaving and tendered my resignation, the company responded with a counter-offer, which made me realize how much they value their employees. The management didn’t just make an offer to keep me; they genuinely listened to my concerns and worked towards addressing them. This experience showed me that Minconsult is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where employees feel appreciated. Since deciding to stay, I’ve noticed that the company has become even more proactive in recognizing contributions and ensuring that employees are rewarded for their hard work and dedication, not just when they express an intent to leave. The positive work culture, opportunities for growth, and the management’s willingness to listen make Minconsult a great place to build a career. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a company that values its employees and fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The challengesSome colleagues and former colleagues are strongly support and encourage me to resign.

The good thingsPeoples in here mostly are very good and helpful
The challengesWhen I decided to resign, I was met with significant pushback from management, along with a counter-offer meant to persuade me to stay. While I appreciated the gesture and felt valued in that moment, it raised some concerns for me about how employee contributions are recognized during regular employment. It felt as though the company only acknowledges my worth when I express an intent to leave. Moreover, I find it morally questionable to make counter-offers, particularly in relation to senior and loyal staff. Accepting a counter-offer can create an imbalanced dynamic where it seems that those who signal their dissatisfaction are rewarded, while dedicated senior employees who consistently contribute without considering resignation may be overlooked. This approach can generate resentment and lead to a toxic work environment, as it undervalues the loyalty and hard work of long-standing employees. In conclusion, while I value my time at Minconsult and the learning opportunities I've gained, I believe that a more proactive approach to employee recognition and compensation could lead to better employee satisfaction and retention in the long term. It’s essential for the company to cultivate an environment where all employees feel appreciated and valued—not just those who decide to leave. I hope my experience helps others when considering their journey with Minconsult.

Average workplace if in the right Department
The good thingsDepartment I'm in. Good boss. Really good and nice colleagues. Wonderful experience. Good team with good teamwork in my department.
The challenges1. If in bad department/division, you WILL get yell at (sometimes for small/petty reasons). 2. No bonus for a long time. 3. Old school management style (still need to write name in log book when coming in/going home - yes we have card access to record but have to do both. Management is more into praising if staff is doing OT and not objective/performance based. If you are efficient and finish job early, it's not seen as good worker to the top management. If stay overtime and take no MC, you're a good worker, and etc). 3. Some staff are overworked due to the job position but aren't properly compensated as well as getting additional staff (hire new staff) to help the overworked staff is just so difficult.
