The very first step towards success in any occupation is to become interested in it
The good thingsThis is a dynamic work environment that emphasizes autonomy and encourages individuals to take ownership of their tasks, fostering skill development and experience. The culture embodies a "work hard, play hard" ethos, promoting both dedication to professional growth and a vibrant, enjoyable atmosphere.
The challengesThis workplace offers abundant training opportunities to rapidly acquire and apply essential skills and knowledge. Expect a steep learning curve, as you'll need to quickly assimilate and apply what you've learned to daily tasks. While superiors provide guidance, minimal supervision prevails due to the fast-paced nature of the workplace. Success is measured against well-defined KPIs, demanding professional performance.

    Discipline and Good Career Advancement.
The good thingsIf you're young and motivated by financial growth, this place is perfect for you. The salary increments here are exceptionally attractive compared to market rates. People are friendly and eager to mentor and share their skills. The company offers numerous benefits, including bonuses, rewards, retreats, dining events, birthday celebrations, a gym, sauna, steam facilities, and more. The open working environment and convenient location near an LRT station make it even more appealing.
The challengesThe environment can become stressful and toxic during peak seasons due to heavy workloads and tight timelines. Staying back late is often necessary, but it's within reasonable project schedules. Adapting to this culture is essential when working in the advertising industry.

Long working hours and bad managements
The good thingsGreat and nice colleagues. They will help you if you ask them, corporate company.
The challengesThey expect you to working long hours everyday eventho in OL stated that it will be 9am to 6pm only. Can’t claim OT, and the company feel like they own the employee by themselves. Ask the worker to not have personal matters in weekday after working hours and devoted themselves only to the company.
