Long working hours and bad managements
The good thingsGreat and nice colleagues. They will help you if you ask them, corporate company.
The challengesThey expect you to working long hours everyday eventho in OL stated that it will be 9am to 6pm only. Can’t claim OT, and the company feel like they own the employee by themselves. Ask the worker to not have personal matters in weekday after working hours and devoted themselves only to the company.
