    The good thingsThey provide training for fresh grad. Quite good salary for fresh grad. Yearly increment. Salary is never late. Office system is efficient. Once a year bonus is quite generous. Boss is a good businessman and an inspiring role model. Office vacation trips to overseas every 2 years.
    The challengesWorkload is a challenge, have to manage time efficiently and wisely. Working with deadlines. A demanding job, you have to be 100% tuned into work when u step into office. MC is allowable but have to come for saturday (half-day) for every day MC. Strict about late attendance and absence.
