The accommodation, food, and overall welfare provided were first-class, creating a comfortable and motivating work environment. MISC also played a major role in shaping my career right after graduation — the experience, exposure, and opportunities I received allowed me to grow rapidly. I’m proud to say that within just six years, I’ve been able to build a strong career foundation and achieve personal milestones such as purchasing properties and establishing a stable life.
The challengesOne area for improvement is the enhancement of benefits and allowances to better reflect the demanding nature of offshore work. Additionally, expanding the marine benefit medical card to include single's parents would create a more inclusive and supportive benefits package for employees with different family responsibilities.
