Career growth limited, environment poor. Not recommendable.
The good thingsI would like to take this opportunity to share my experience at Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia. Unfortunately, my time with the company was not positive one, primarily due to challenges within the management structure — particularly in the Product & Market division. The lack of supportive leadership and clear career development pathways contributed to a work environment that felt unproductive and, at times, toxic.
The challengesDuring my time at Product & Market division, I experienced a management style that did not actively support the growth or development of its team members. There was a noticeable lack of encouragement for open communication, and decisions often reflected a top-down, autocratic approach. In my experience, constructive feedback was not always welcomed, and internal politics sometimes overshadowed merit and performance. A more transparent, supportive, and ethical leadership approach would greatly benefit both the employees and the organization as a whole.

Slow career development, many levels of top management, less staff to execute the job/task
The good thingsHR/CSR team quite actively organize events which socially & emotionally beneficial to the staff. Work/life balance. Quite frequent getting gift/souvenir especially during the festival/company event.
The challengesToo many bosses, less staff to do actual job. Not clear direction & sometime even your boss also loss of the direction (top management might know why). Slow career development. Your hard work is not appreciated as per expected, seems like the pioneer, more bossy, & looks like seniority basis. Its hard to find trust between staff & bosses.
