Career growth limited, environment poor. Not recommendable.The good thingsI would like to take this opportunity to share my experience at Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia. Unfortunately, my time with the company was not positive one, primarily due to challenges within the management structure — particularly in the Product & Market division. The lack of supportive leadership and clear career development pathways contributed to a work environment that felt unproductive and, at times, toxic.
The challengesDuring my time at Product & Market division, I experienced a management style that did not actively support the growth or development of its team members. There was a noticeable lack of encouragement for open communication, and decisions often reflected a top-down, autocratic approach. In my experience, constructive feedback was not always welcomed, and internal politics sometimes overshadowed merit and performance.
A more transparent, supportive, and ethical leadership approach would greatly benefit both the employees and the organization as a whole.
