Our activities cover the whole spectrum of engineering services ranging from procurement and project management to services such as civil construction, mechanical and electrical installation, steel fabrication, manufacturing specialized engineering construction and heavy engineering of infrastructure. We are registered under various government bodies such as PKK (Class A), CIDB (G7) and certified with ISO9001:2008. Over the years, MMCES has evolved into a fully integrated engineering entity and has been involved in various major infrastructure projects in Malaysia.

The good thingsOffer a competitive starting salary, along with benefits such as RM3,000 for dental and vision coverage (extendable to family members), RM60,000 annually for insurance coverage, performance bonuses, annual increments, 22 days of annual leave, and an EPF contribution of 17% for employees with over five years of service.

The challengesThe company has been unable to secure major projects since 2017 due to poor performance by top management. Despite frequently hiring senior managers or managers at the HQ level, there has been a consistent effort to cut benefits, such as housing and site allowances, for site staff, especially after COVID-19. One of the reason why staff leave due to top management politic.
