    The good thingsI gained valuable experience as an HR personnel, where I was exposed to a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. I appreciated the opportunity to be hands-on in real HR operations, work closely with different departments, and contribute meaningfully to people strategies.
    The challengesThe company has strong fundamentals, and there’s an opportunity to encourage more innovative approaches. Supporting pilot projects or process automation could help drive long-term improvements.

    The challengesLimited career advancement opportunities. I have not seen any clear paths for professional growth. This has left me feeling stagnant in my role with no clear trajectory for career development. The salary structure appears to be inflexible and does not reward employees for their years of service, increased responsibilities or contributions to the company's success. This has caused financial stress and dissatisfaction.

    The challengesHas a very high demand working with a group of young good engineers, always need to perform to the highest ability, fast pace working culture, and need to always deliverables. But the staff promotion is very slow, need to give more appreciation to the senior staff as they deserve after all the hard works and time given to the company.
