    Work like a family, good relationship with among colleagues and leaders
    The good thingsI really like the working environment, more flexible and feel comfortable all the time. Everyone in the office are very cooperative and friendly. My HOD are among the best I have ever worked with, very understanding and always give advice to staff (share positive vibes).

Working as a team to ensure daily operation runs smoothly and tackling problems as a team to deliver the best solution around the problem.
    The challengesUnexpected problems and challenges on system failures and procedures that interrupt the smooth running of daily operations. Customers complaint need to be tackle wisely and diligently to ensure the team manages to deliver towards the customers' satisfaction in line with the company's limitation and boundaries. To get all members in the team to work together and keeping aside personal differences.
