1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
Workload is 3 times more as principal company compare to wholesaler company.
The good thingsEmployers are okay, most of the colleagues are understanding and helpful. Pantry is always full equip with breakfast necessities for employees. Company benefits are not too bad, covers most of the daily expenses ease staff's spending.
The challengesManagement team to amend SOP to balance each staff's work-life balance. Less and/or simpler SOP to create a greener and less paper company. Persistence is require to survive in this company. Have to work smart to cover own individuals to avoid unnecessary issues. Strong unhealthy and realistic culture.

    Organisational Structure
The good thingsThe organisation cultivates an open approach regardless of hierarchy. All employees are encouraged to constantly communicate with the management team in all matters which allows the organisation to implement continuous improvement in ways of working and rewarding their employees. Strong portfolio of brands making the company the market leader.
The challengesMany external stakeholders involved from the global and regional hubs in terms of managing products. Hence this creates a barrier in terms of being fast and quick to react to market needs and situations. External stakeholders may not understand the true needs of the local markets thus creating delays in execution and aligning the global directions to meet the local market needs
