    The good thingsGood working environment. There is award and recognition given out. Training is available. Staff party. User are friendly. Staff benefit good.
    The challengesWork life balance is a bit hard. Sometimes require to work late.There will be politic in each department. Management level changes a lot with different flavor.

    Workload is 3 times more as principal company compare to wholesaler company.
    The good thingsEmployers are okay, most of the colleagues are understanding and helpful. Pantry is always full equip with breakfast necessities for employees. Company benefits are not too bad, covers most of the daily expenses ease staff's spending.
    The challengesManagement team to amend SOP to balance each staff's work-life balance. Less and/or simpler SOP to create a greener and less paper company. Persistence is require to survive in this company. Have to work smart to cover own individuals to avoid unnecessary issues. Strong unhealthy and realistic culture.

Hence this creates a barrier in terms of being fast and quick to react to market needs and situations. External stakeholders may not understand the true needs of the local markets thus creating delays in execution and aligning the global directions to meet the local market needs
