    I have had an incredibly positive experience working at Monash over the past 10 years. The supportive work culture, opportunities for growth, and commitment to excellence have made this journey both fulfilling and rewarding.
    The good thingsThe lively environment, work life balance.
    The challengesThe changes implemented by management. At times, these changes are quite drastic and have a significant impact on day-to-day operations. Additionally, communication about these changes is not always timely, which further adds to the challenge of adapting effectively.

    The challengesoverload with many tasks, equipment, active research, and analysis but not enough manpower to support this.

    The good thingsMonash really cares for your mental health. There are a lot of stress working here, sure. But Monash also provides a lot of support to cater to any additional pressure.
    The challengesAs this is a research university, being one of the best in the world at that, a lot of expectations are put on to staff. Be ready to reach for the stars and no one acknowledging your efforts as everyone is trying to do the same thing.
