Willing to spend money on technology. Willing to spend money to make staff happy as well. A Google style company. One of the best company I've ever joined.
The challengesDue to time zone difference, some meetings have to be done at off office hours. The company head quarters is in US and when times are bad, there were no increment nor bonus for the employees. Employees who cannot sustain with stagnant pay will leave. Promotion are more focus on employees in the US rather than Malaysia.
