Not very progressive, laid back, transparent
The good thingsDetail in paperwork and transparent in keeping records. Financials are up to date. Education of students and character building is top.
The challengesTolerance towards subordinates problems are not taken seriously. Only when things get out of hand than action is thought of and taken. People with a lot of experience are best work here, esp over 45 years old.
