What’s it like working at Montfort Boys Town?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees at Montfort Boys Town appreciate the friendly environment and understanding management that is aware of the local culture. The company is transparent in record keeping, with up-to-date financials, and places a strong emphasis on education and character building for students. Additionally, the company provides opportunities for growth and maintains good relationships between staff and management.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as an unhealthy negative working environment with negative thoughts and jealousy among colleagues. Concerns have been raised about unnecessary and irrelevant workloads that do not match the compensation. The company's location in Shah Alam can make it challenging to find suitable housing for those commuting from Kuala Lumpur. Some reviewers felt that employee issues are not addressed promptly and only receive attention when situations escalate. There are also limited opportunities for career development, particularly for younger employees, and frequent policy changes can be stressful and make it challenging to communicate with people effectively.
