    Learn in many part of Job function,administration,human resources,purchasing, internal auditing and being a good leaderdhip.
    The good thingsFlexsibel working hours and good leaders. I get more experiences in others thing than accounting roles. It is good basic knowledge for me but for my future development career i'm not sure about that.
    The challengesDifficulty to get teamwork with others department.. There is lack of efficency on management.

    worst company i ever joined
    The good thingsits only about my work mate really fun and helpful to each others. but the management is worst and not systematic. Especially operations team too clumsy and always keep promise end up nothing! High expectation but low salary and worth it at all.... The only company out of system and still need to use hand writing for most of the paper work..Lol... This company really need to improved on a lot of things..
    The challengesI need to facing the clumsy operations team with different law and will simply change anytime they want too....and useless and terrible promise from operations team,,

    The good thingsThe brand recognition, the management concern on people, the continuous training and development.The perks when u had achieve your KPI. Guidance by the senior staff and also how do they achieve their common goals and objectives.
    The challengesChallenges in organization are differ from time to time. some challenges can be from the personel and some on how to manage the operations while achieve the organization vision, missions and objectives.
