    Wonderful working environment
    The good thingsLife long learning in Mott MacDonald while putting it into practical. It's challenging but definitely satisfying. We encourage each other while building our own leadership. The guide from superior always helps us to move on. Mott MacDonald globally supports us well. We too contribute globally from Malaysia.
    The challengesMeeting constant clients' demands and pushing ourselves to achieve it. Our hardship has never gone unnoticed though at times client gave us torrid time. Nevertheless, it gave us no choice but to perform. Eventually things turn out well and it's fruitful. There should be more dialogues with other project sites and with other senior members to check where we stand.
