    The challengesToo much workload, bosses didn't really check & try to ease & help to reduce our work load. Not worth it since salary increase very little but work until late night.

    I still remember the days, not wanting to see anybody, not wanting to talk to anybody, really not wanting to live. I was on an express elevator to the bottom floor, wherever that might be.

    The people is friendly but the efficiency is less
    The good thingsAlways has support and can work together although not same same department within friendly environment.
    The challengesThe pace of work efficiency and critical thinking is rare and hard to find whereby most of the people only do work within their comfortable zone and feeling reluctant to improve themselves.

    The challengeslow salary, low increments, high turnover rate, chinese-man working culture, KPI not depends on performance, there is \"some\" reasons to affect, you know what i mean =)
