    Salary low with too much workload
    The good thingsCan learn faster with a very helpful colleagues
    The challengesToo much workload, bosses didn't really check & try to ease & help to reduce our work load. Not worth it since salary increase very little but work until late night.

    Nice people, suitable for fresh graduate
    The good thingsCan make alot of friends here since there is alot of fresh graduates, less office politics, good start for those wanna work in elevator company
    The challengeslow salary, low increments, high turnover rate, chinese-man working culture, KPI not depends on performance, there is \"some\" reasons to affect, you know what i mean =)
