    You'll think twice about joining, but you'll think 10 times about leaving
    The good thingsGreat environment including colleagues across departments. Management doesn't micromanage and focus on end result. Flexible working arrangement. HR is attentive to staff and determined to resolve any issues arise.
    The challengesTraditional work culture for some individuals due to huge generation gap. Not much benefits to begin with but current HR is working towards improving.

    The good thingsThe first thing I like the most about the company culture is the very supportive and hands-on higher management. They are approachable and perceive every viewpoint voiced out by us. Even if we don't hold a high level of employment. I enjoyed working here as we also get the opportunity to join activities arranged by the company.
    The challengesSome HOD need to learn how to be a hands-on employee as well.

    Absolutely amazing co-worker
    The good thingsWhat I love the most about working in the Company is I am blessed to have a very good teammate and co-worker. Everybody in the team actively contributes in order to complete tasks, meet goals or even manage projects. Your opinion/view will be appreciated by the Management and never makes you feel left out.
    The challengesI used to have the challenge to fit in because it is a fast-paced environment. But thankfully, I was given proper guidance by my HOD and he assisted me a lot during my probationary period.

    The good thingsThis is a challenging environment with plenty of career growth opportunities, especially promoting from within. Digital transformation takes time, the change involve culture, business operations process, mindset shift etc. The majority ability to embrace change, to continue to believe in teamwork makes the dream work have set a good start for us to continue to sail with the mothership.

    Moving toward change!
    The good thingsBe part of the change process and embracing it. Open communication is what the company appreciate. Suggestion/feedback is what the company want to hear more and together work as a team. No company is without challenges, therefore embrace it and solved it
    The challengesIntroducing new things required lot of patient. However, if you have the passion in your job, this such of challenges is what you are looking forward to shine. Change is never easy but is possible!
