The challengesits just that, need to manage some office politics and old timers (staffs working here for so long so they are not ready for new changes) and also since its main sugar refinery in malaysia so before made decission (stop production etc) must think of our downstream customers supply first. Feel like nak tak nak, need to continue production despite got problems. Career growth is so so, since not many people old people want to resign so competition a bit tought. Imposible to let many people get promotion at once right? if yes, then who's going to be exec/ engineer if others need to get promoted to manager level.
