    Friendly environment, but HR & benefits need improvement
    The good thingsThe work environment is generally positive. I really appreciate the birthday celebrations, it’s a small gesture, but it makes you feel noticed. The colleagues are friendly and helpful, which makes daily work more bearable and sometimes even fun. Team spirit is strong in certain departments.
    The challengesThe company offers only minimal employee benefits nothing beyond the basics. When I tried to ask HR for clarification about the benefits, the response was vague and unhelpful, making it difficult to get proper understanding or support. It often felt like concerns were brushed aside. Additionally, employee turnover is quite high, which affects team stability and morale.

    The good thingsThere is somewhat a work life balance
    The challengesSalary is really low. They will exploit by giving more and higher level work while maintaining your low junior salary. Still using a lot of paperwork when technology is there.

    Dream job for golf enthusiast
    The good thingsGood team members and new chance on learning various golf equipment. Learning how to use P.O.S system for the cashier role. Had real fun in arranging the display of the hard goods because i enjoy looking at creative and composed display.
    The challengesFacing aggressive, fussy and complaining customers is the hardest but all of the problematic customers gave me advantage to myself to be more prepared in my future circumstances.

    The good thingsGood teamwork with the staff, and very potential product selling. Colantotte is the brand or healthy products that not everyone know the benefits and using. It is very challenging work as sales promoter that we need to explain the product knowledge to the customer make them believe and confident to buy the product. Good brand and proven by ministry of health from japan.
    The challengesExplaining the product benefits to customer and make them believe the used of the product. Entertain customer for buying the product. Facing with complaining customer that saying other brand is the most better.

    The challengesBefore this i study automotif/automobile but i become a sales associate. It was very different. I have no experience about golf but i can learn easily because i get support from my manager. I also necer use computer for make a work but in this company i need to use computer to make a paper work. For a computer its not very hard to learn because i have a basic to use computer because i was a gamer.
