Friendly environment, but HR & benefits need improvementThe good thingsThe work environment is generally positive. I really appreciate the birthday celebrations, it’s a small gesture, but it makes you feel noticed. The colleagues are friendly and helpful, which makes daily work more bearable and sometimes even fun. Team spirit is strong in certain departments.
The challengesThe company offers only minimal employee benefits nothing beyond the basics. When I tried to ask HR for clarification about the benefits, the response was vague and unhelpful, making it difficult to get proper understanding or support. It often felt like concerns were brushed aside. Additionally, employee turnover is quite high, which affects team stability and morale.
