    Environment and People
    The good thingsSome people are nice but some people don't. That depends on your luck who are you working with. From my experience, colleagues at my department are so nice and helpful to each other. My boss is so kind too.
    The challengesThe management here is quite barbaric. They are not risk taker to do decision. Too be careful to do decision too. Your workload is based on your department's workload. Basically, I am here to lessen other people's workload with minimal salary and benefit. The upper management needs to engage more with employees and learn the local culture here.
