    The good thingsFirst, for my first job and internship in this Mulia Property Development, which is Exchange 106, I had learned that the real working experience environment, how work for the building, how do think about is there item is giving to us how many benefit or advantages (ROI) and etc. And I wanna to thank for my department, my best supervisors and the company giving nice experience and unforgetable memory for me.
    The challengesDuring this internship period I had face a few challenges about how to solve the problem about the software, how to design the website is user need to know awareness knowledge.

    High Turnover in HR due to toxic leaderFast paced environment is good which kept things dynamic and continuously improve efficiency, but not the leader. Leader created toxic environment. Micromanage, you are expected to be reachable 24/7. Constructive feedback or alternative viewpoints are often not welcomed; instead, those who challenge decisions may find themselves targeted or sidelined. Watch out. Think not twice, but many times before accept the offer in HR.

    The good thingsTop management, HOD's and work collegues are very supportive. Will be rewarded once you are able to prove your capability. Salary well paid. Average benefits - similar to other property developer. Nice working environment.

    The challengesIndonesia culture company, you need to accept their culture. The company top management seldom give trust to staff and make us face difficult to work. The company use Jakarta in-house IT system where not suitable for our local requirement until a lot of manual work and even double or triple work.

    The good thingsMy HOD is very supportive with my suggestion and encourage me to do better always. Alot of opportunity to learn & excell, also always helping staff at work.
    The challengesHR HOD always create gossip & play politic at work instead of building a positive culture. She has very low HR knowledge and dont seem to contribute to the Comp well being. Like to cause trouble.
