    The challengesMany fresh graduates come and go after gaining experience. Some positions need clearer roles, as responsibilities can change from time to time. Some departments would benefit from clearer standard operating procedures, but management is working on this.

    Good work life balance, company system need to be upgraded
    The good thingsColleague are good and friendly. Pantry always fill with food and office environment is good. Can go back on time.
    The challengesCompany system/software/management can be upgraded. Everything still involve alot paperwork. Things are very messy, doesn't have a clear guidelines and very inconvenient when need to request for claim, payments, leave and etc. No standard of procedure for doing certain things.

    Good working environment
    The good things-admin (indoor staffs basically) get to enjoy parking benefit - RM100/month parking tix fees paid by company -operation manager understands staffs needs - really cooperative & willing to teach -friendly colleagues -company dinner, lunch - during festivals & sometimes big boss just want to treat the staffs to lunch, tea time
    The challenges- less career advancement opportunity - salary wise - sometimes employees doing similar works having different salary figure
