    The challengesNo real leadership or guidance. Constant micromanagement. Two bosses giving conflicting directions. Boss uses harsh and disrespectful words to push staff out. Toxic work culture with zero support. Extremely high turnover New to sales? Don’t start here — it will make you hate the job. Experienced in sales? Don’t join — your skills won’t be valued.     The challenges1. High staff turnover 2. Management bias and favoritism 3. Moody leadership with unclear expectations 4. Harsh and unprofessional language used by management 5. Staff are pressured to the point of resignation (mainly mental stress) 6. Lack of proper training, staff are expected to achieve sales within just 2 weeks of joining.

    The challengesManagement really sucks 1. Both bosses dont communicate 2. Hired Fresh Grad but expect them to have excellent input 3. How they train u is unacceptable, Stress you out and scold you like you worth nothing is the way they train staff 4. Slowly realise why there are only 1-2 sales and high turnover
