Poor management and services for internship student
The good thingsColleges were very friendly and supportive. I have no problem adjusting to the new environment.
The challengesWorking here is very tough as internship students and all production workers are not allowed to sit down at all from 8 am until 6 pm except 1 hour break at 1 pm. It is very tough adjusting. My body ache everyday I went back from work. The allowance for internship student are not reasonable for this kind of labor job.

a good start to experince in food manufacturing process like HACCP, HALAL CERTIFICATE but you must have a good communication btw lower and upper department.
The good things-learn the most important skill how to become a good quality assurance & control in a short period of time especially in food processing (factory)
The challenges-u have to work hard and less 'free time; on week end
