Toxic workplace with poor management, no payslip, and misleading benefits. The good thingsThe only positive side was gaining some experience handling multiple tasks independently. Some colleagues were supportive, but that’s about it.
The challengesManagement is very controlling — the founder manages everything personally and doesn’t trust staff decisions. Benefits stated in the job description (EIS, SOCSO, EPF) are misleading; some weren’t paid properly and EPF was often delayed. Payslips are not provided monthly. No earphones or music allowed, no work-from-home flexibility, and overtime work is expected without extra pay. The boss often talks badly about staff and creates a toxic environment.
