Additionally, the management team and leader exhibited room for improvement. Last-minute instructions from higher-ups created a sense of urgency and sometimes led to unnecessary stress. Moreover, it appeared that there were opportunities for enhanced planning and strategizing from the management team, as well as a more proactive approach to driving improvements within the company. Addressing these challenges could significantly contribute to the overall growth and well-being of both the employees and the organization as a whole.
