Very nice working environment but too much workloads can be demotivated.
The good thingsColleagues are friendly, everyone is helping each other. You'll be send for training monthly for personal and career growth.
The challengesNot enough manpower. Each person will have to multitask. You'll have to takeover manager tasks. Salary is not worth it with the workloads.

Embracing Digital Excellence: A Tale of Achievements and Aspirations at Naim
The good thingsI had the privilege of working at a remarkable company that operated seamlessly five days a week. Being a fully digital organization, it offered a streamlined work environment that enabled efficient communication and collaboration. Moreover, the company had meticulously crafted Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in place, ensuring clarity and consistency in our day-to-day tasks. I was also proud to be associated with a well-established brand that had earned a solid reputation in the industry. These factors collectively contributed to a positive and professional work atmosphere.
The challengesWhile my experience at the company had several positive aspects, I encountered a few challenges that I believe could be addressed for even greater success. One notable area that requires attention is the lack of salary increments and bonuses over the past seven years or more. This issue can affect employee motivation and hinder overall job satisfaction. Additionally, the management team and leader exhibited room for improvement. Last-minute instructions from higher-ups created a sense of urgency and sometimes led to unnecessary stress. Moreover, it appeared that there were opportunities for enhanced planning and strategizing from the management team, as well as a more proactive approach to driving improvements within the company. Addressing these challenges could significantly contribute to the overall growth and well-being of both the employees and the organization as a whole.
