    The good thingsAs a Manager you will get Bonus every 4 months. Just need focus more sales, cleanliness, always pass your hygiene restaurants.
    The challengesChallenge is, you need to cover 3 to 4 restaurant, if they dint have enough Restaurant Manager for 1 years above.

    The good thingsI enjoyed working with the vast racial group at Nandos, on top of that, the level of service and food quality they taught me makes me confident in serving my customers.
    The challengesThis job taught me how to remain calm and composed even when the customers are being downright rude. And this place also taught me how to lead and manage expectations.

    We were more like a family apart as the work environment feels comfortable and motivates growth among staffs
    The good thingscolleagues teach and correct each other upon any mistakes to make sure the workplace is in harmony.

    The good thingsMet good people and got new experiences. Provided free meals and 2 hours rest time.
    The challengesHad to serve both customers and HQ people. Some customers don't pay for their food and just left so those who took the order had to pay for it.

    It's okay
    The good thingsI get to eat my favourite Nando's 1/4 Chicken with one side dish and a free flow soft drink during 2 hours work break. Plus, you would lose what I think a considerable amount of weight from hours of standing up and walk.
    The challengesI was working part-time there to learn the experience of working before going to college. You have to appear presentable and listen to the customers' demands closely in order to satisfy them. You also have to endure the pain of standing up for 7-8 hours (with the work break in the middle). For me, the managers there taught me little about how to be a waiter. It was mostly advice from my fellow co-workers and personal experience.
