Red flags. Poor hiring process. MAICSA-level expected to handle everything for only RM5,800 salary
The good thingsOnly thing I liked was the current location, but they will be relocating to Sepang, which may not be convenient for some candidates.
The challengesRed flags. My application was initially rejected via JobStreet but I was later contacted for an interview without any explanation for the inconsistency, which already reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Preferably seeking MAICSA-level candidates and expecting 1 person to handle everything alone including adhoc for only RM5,800 max salary. The interview also focused heavily on integrity and ethical scenarios, which raised concerns about possible internal governance or operational issues.

    Great working environment and culture
The good things- Nice Environment and Culture - Got really close to all the colleagues at work. (we have a nice bosses and colleagues) supportive - Learned how to do budgeting, opportunity to handle administrative and general work - Opportunity to attend training and conference
The challenges- Senior Management need to work on the succession planning. - Advice to Management: Should always communicate with its staff always to have an optimum management. - Reduce the backlog of cases by working efficiently. - Maybe management is aware of what's going on and maybe they are not. Some initiatives which are thought well are just not executed as what they should by the people you think are doing their job. The culture now is \"to make myself look good coz I need to survive the cut\" - Lack of Focus
