My application was initially rejected via JobStreet but I was later contacted for an interview without any explanation for the inconsistency, which already reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Preferably seeking MAICSA-level candidates and expecting 1 person to handle everything alone including adhoc for only RM5,800 max salary. The interview also focused heavily on integrity and ethical scenarios, which raised concerns about possible internal governance or operational issues.
