I learn a lot of things regarding counseling and human resources
The good thingsExcellent supervisor and I learn more on conducting program and paperwork such as Career Fair. Besides, the work environment also helping me to assist the management and reaching client among students. As the university among military students, it help me a lot on dealing with discipline and time management. Thus, I realised that I’m also helping the Counseling Unit in term of IT and Poster editing such as using photoshop and others.
The challengesThere are several challenges in this company but I don’t really take it as something disturbing me. It makes me learn a lot of things in increasing my ability in managing time such as reaching clients. The students assisted me a lot while we were there as they enjoyed working with us. Thus, I also need to follow military rules but it is something interesting to me. Besides, I do learn on how to make intervention in various issues among military cadets and the civilians.
