    The challengesWe had to prove that we could deliver the job that was given to us.Here we had to be silent and do our job well. And not be a busy body intending to know other people's issues.

    The good thingsemployer was friendly and helping qualified candidates to improve their skills.employer willing to listen staff problems and advice them to solve.employer always guide staffs to improve their team work while solving problems.
    The challengesThere is less co-operation from other staff when working in team environment.Senior staff will never help juniors in proper way to solve their problems in working place.Senior staff always intercommunicate with other staffs and making the working environment worst.
