II have a lot of experience but the employer does not appreciate it and does not do anything to save it.
The good thingsI feel satisfied and very much like every opportunity given to me all this time. I can give my opinions and acceptable at all the levels of management.
The challengesEmployers should safeguard the welfare and interests of its employees, especially those who have long served with them. Employers should also examine the importance of skilled workers as the experience is essential to achieving the goals and objectives of the employer. Employers should also act fairly and always save workers from dismissal for their own mistakes.

    An Experience Worthwile
The good thingsYou meet new people and friends. You experience a lot of new things. You gain new knowledge like how to work well with others. You also will appreciate the amount of work put in to make an event successful and will not take that for granted ever again.
The challengesThe breaks were relatively short. The pay was just average though that is understandable as volunteering isn't all about the pay. The people itself like the other volunteers involved were a challenge. They had many temperaments.
