    Poor management and the director work like a dictator
    The good thingsYou can go home sharp at 6p.m. and the staffs there are friendly and nice except the management.
    The challengesmanagement doesn't trust on the staff and no open discussion for the issue. top managements are always right and you just follow their instruction to work. You can't grow in this company and you earn nothing except salaries.
