The challengesHowever, things are not properly planned from the beginning, execution is being carried out in rush leading to many unexpected hiccups that could have been avoided. Motivation level among employees are low with uncertainty about the future of the company but less efforts from top management to improve the positive environment at the workplace. What the company could do is to revisit reward system for good behavior and high performance to encourage positive attitude. With many changes to operations, top management should redraw new organization structure, redefine roles and responsibilities and reevaluate workloads for each activity to determine accurate manpower needs.
