    The biggest challenges is no appreciation for loyalty staff. Your career will stagnant at same stage for at least 5 years. Bosses with promote themself for increments and upgrading their level. Please consider to apply and review this company.

    The challengesMiddle management and top management need to consider and review market salary. HR more slow than Achatina fulica especially HOD HR in Auto Group. No any development project for staff, lick the bosses only she know. Most of the COO don't understand ground operation and high expectation with support.
