    Need Plenty Improvements
The good things- Vibrant office atmosphere that connects most management/department in a single roof. - A decent company to implement with new ideas and/or improving existing SOP flow. - Opportunity to be involve in major events. - CEO is young, enthusiastic and talented. Very rare in a leader with other company. - Good location to nearby malls, eateries, etc.
The challenges- Very ambitious in achieving unrealistic goals. Plenty of agenda/political viewpoint from different departments. - Outdated SOP, poor work flow, and project execution being done almost manually without a proper system in place. - Poor communication between inter-department and superiors. - A good system (helpdesk) is direly required since work is done manually. - Expect disappointments here and there which occurs regularly.
