    Stressful enviroment
    The good things- Good colleagues and friendly colleague. - only good thing is you can find your colleague is more teamwork than the management
    The challenges- Politics on working and does not have the proper resources - Work load will be pile up from time to time - Only working to earn experience and unable to proceed a higher possition - Bad training vice and bad decision making by the management - Will only stuck on a low salary with higher work load - has been press and put up over stress without any benefits given - Making decision without taking care of their own staff
