The challenges1. Better Working Environment: Since it's a conventional open office setup, it can get boring after some time. Perhaps some minor recreational additions can help to uplift the mood of people in the office, such as game or reading room.
2. Mentoring: Although the daily tasks can be overwhelming for everyone, senior employees can consider to allocate a little time to mentor, coach, and motivate new employees under them. This can help new employees to better handle their jobs and increase their loyalties.
