    Worked for 12 good years
    The good thingsMany benefits. Insurance cover whole family. Have internal Koperasi which use "kredit" for purchases. Received bonuses two times/year. 20 days annual leave even for fresh grade. Anyway, I recommend this workplace because I believe Renesas as a whole starting to shift and change in future. (As of date comment written, may change in future)
    The challengesUneven upgrading, junior may get into senior position faster. Very low increase in salary. No special promotion on project basis. (As of date comment written, may change in future)
