    Good place to learn your craft, but definitely not for long term
    The good thingsGood for learning and short term development, as my direct report allows room for growth
    The challengesTask and work given by management (local and regional) is plenty, but rewards/compensation is always slow, delayed or never arriving. This causes frustration and loss of trust towards management, when talking about compensation of increased work scopes
