A good place to work at. But not excellent.
The good things1. Less micromanagement or interference from the management towards the academicians. 2. Salary were negotiable and they gave me the lowest of my expected salary. 3. Lecturers are given freedom to utilize their skills and further enhance them. 4. Friendly work environment. 5. Given a chance to contribute and participate in a big event without being judged by other coworkers, and chosen due to talent.
The challenges1. No extra monetary perks. 2. Expensive parking. 3. No insurance but medical coverage is available for claim.

Limited career growth with no future plans and hostile environment.
The good thingsEasy access to parking lot, a lot of restaurants nearby, and a lot of government buildings around for official purposes. The security guards and cleaning lady are very friendly people to meet every day.
The challengesNo career growth or room for improvement. Be careful because job descriptions do not fit the actual job being done. Late payment in terms of salary, EPF and commissions. Staff are expected to only do as told and new ideas are frowned upon. Extremely high turnover rate which is the results of all these challenges. New faces every week. Due to this, old staff are very hostile towards new staff, creating an uncomfortable environment.

    Unforgettable experience
The good thingsColleagues are nice, but the management have to do something in terms of benefit, and also investigate why many of the staff quit at the very same time.
The challengesYour teaching load is lessen so that you as a lecturer can or able to do other unnecessary work for the company.
