A good place to work at. But not excellent.
The good things1. Less micromanagement or interference from the management towards the academicians. 2. Salary were negotiable and they gave me the lowest of my expected salary. 3. Lecturers are given freedom to utilize their skills and further enhance them. 4. Friendly work environment. 5. Given a chance to contribute and participate in a big event without being judged by other coworkers, and chosen due to talent.
The challenges1. No extra monetary perks. 2. Expensive parking. 3. No insurance but medical coverage is available for claim.
