    Good For a fresh Graduate
The good thingsA good company to work if you a fresh graduate, you can learn new things and can cooperate with various department (If you are Executive above Level)
The challengesToo many things to do at one time, you will have tight schedule and every task they asking you to do ASAP. The process is too manual and not stream line. The factory has a very tight budget, even to buy a glove is an issue. This company is food industry but not show/ reflecting it is a food manufacturing company. The condition of building is too old, many equipment, machine parts, facilities and etc in a bad condition and obsolete. The Factory lead by marketing and sale GM, that obliviously don't know about the engineering. The only things she know is want to cut a budget.

A whole new experience for one who is keen to learn!
The good thingsWilling to invest and giving chance to the younger generation employee to lead and perform. The Company is in the directions of upgrading to the current trends too. Great peers, great learning experience, a lot of success stories and achievement recognition from the Top Management. Good place for one that is willing to take the challenge, excel in their performance and achievement will be recognised.
The challengesThe Company has a legacy to keep. Few senior management may have gap in understanding the millenials but me being the younger one able to break the barrier by being the moderator and making them feeling at ease. Its all about two ways communications !

    a good company for work
The good thingsMost of the company SOP implementation is bound to flexibility.
The challengesSome of the facility and system are outdated. Lack of business managerial directions. Need to improve in system arrangement and inter-department synchronization to smoothen the work flow process.

The challengesHQ Top Management target hard to achieve but the boss is patience to teach and guide us

The challengesWork for boss not for company. Boss is always right even they do wrong.

Poor Management and No Career Progress
The good thingsNew management ? There is really nothing much good things to say. But if you are looking for a simple job with a pay, not looking for career advancement - this will be a good place for you.
The challengesOld building - was told will be moving, but after months still stuck in an old building with no air condition. All work are still manually done - no proper system. No benefits to motivate employees

    No benefit to motivate.
The good thingsLightweight work load, supporting staff and colleagues.
The challengesThe work flow process are repetitive and obsolete. Requires number of forms to do mundane task. The management should improve in doing work task and work archive in computer instead of hard copy. No proper SOP in any department, traditionalist management and gaining complement by rubbing deeds and action \"show\" to gain personal interest. Lastly, No benefits, nor Increment and thus bonus.
